Introducing DTC’s new HIIT Taekwondo Class
A high-intensity workout combined with traditional Martial art foundations. This adult only class incorporates core Taekwondo techniques in a fast paced, high-intensity workout. Individuals that take this class will participate in high cardio activities, static and dynamic stretching, and plyometric activities. Not only will you receive a fantastic workout, you will learn all of the required techniques of a white belt and be eligible to earn a belt promotion.

Mr. O’Rorke has added another class on Friday evenings from 5:30 pm – 6:45 pm at the Waukesha location starting April 26th, 2019. If you are looking to start your Taekwondo career or rekindle that old passion, check out his Friday night class and sign up today!!
Effective February 21st, Horace Mann Beginner and Intermediate classes have been consolidated to one class held from 6:00 pm- 6:45 pm for the current session which runs until March 28, 2019.
The following sessions will have the intermediate classes reserved for high-white belt and above students.

Dragons Training Center has expanded again!!
We have the privilege of starting a Taekwondo class on Thursday evenings through the West Allis/West Milwaukee Recreation Department at Horace Mann Elementary School.

Students that are considering testing will now begin pre-testing. To be eligible for pre-testing students must be confident with their curriculum items. Forms(poomse) will be the first area reviewed.
Testing begins at 1pm at the Southwest YMCA on Saturday December 8th. Registration is from 12:30pm – 2pm.
