Introducing DTC’s new HIIT Taekwondo Class


A high-intensity workout combined with traditional Martial art foundations. This adult only class incorporates core Taekwondo techniques in a fast paced, high-intensity workout. Individuals that take this class will participate in high cardio activities, static and dynamic stretching, and plyometric activities. Not only will you receive a fantastic workout, you will learn all of the required techniques of a white belt and be eligible to earn a belt promotion.
